06:22: Mast, standing rigging

06:56: “Catamaran Anatomy” computer graphics demonstration of catamaran construction: hulls, shrouds, rigging, stays, boom, trampoline, centerboards and daggerboards

09:44: “Rigging Your Boat” watch for powerlines. Checking the shackles, loosen the sidestays, pinning the mast to the mast step, Raising the Mast, attaching the forestay.

13:07: tensioning the sidestays

14:30: attaching the boom to the mast and setting the traveler system, with mainsheet blocks.

16:05: The Rudder System (left and right sides); installing the drain plugs

16:55: “Launching the Boat” turn bow to the wind, lift hulls and pull onto shore

18:55: “Attaching the Sails” Raising the Mainsail and attaching the Downhaul to the tack. (“the harder it blows, the tighter it goes”)

19:40: “The Jib” raising it: attaching the tack to the bridle: proper tensioning. attaching the Jib Sheet to the clew.

21:30: “Sailing in Light Winds... the Basics” attach the boom to the mainsail clew and shove off. Lock down the rudders: let out the jib and put down the daggerboards.
